Stopped here on a road trip for a $6 McDouble value meal. The burger was hot off of the grill, and had lots of toppings which is more impressive than many other McDonald’s locations we’ve been to. The crew member working the drive-thru was positive and polite and wished us to have a great day.
Here’s the thing. I used my points to get a sausage biscuit and picked it up in the drive thru. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly rude. Made me feel like a POS for asking for a honey packet for my dry biscuit. The woman at the first window had no customer service at all. Over the intercom she never concluded my order. Just said okay then when I got to the window she just handed me my receipt and slammed the window. No “have a good day” nothing.
