Seriously the wordt McDonalds in the Tri-Cities. Workers are alright, and managers are horrible. Mess up 72% if the time and you will wait 90% of the time. Just go to the other Kennewick location or Pasco/ Richland 🤙
probably the worst McDonalds in the tri cities, The drive through people are always in a super bad mood. I asked for a sauce packet and received a speech on how it should have been requested on the app which i get but you could tell she was sour . They seem to hate working. I know its fast food but don't take your misery out on everyone
Manager Maria was not very kind and didn't want to give us sweet n sour sauce with the 4 nugget and burger meals we ordered. Don't be a Maria and give the peoples their sauce with their nuggiez
