One employee was standing in clear line of sight of the drive through window, rubbing (picking?) his nose, serving himself a drink, and handing off cash to the coworker at the window. That coworker handled our order, getting it wrong a couple of times, but that honestly wasn't a big deal considering how busy they seemed to be.
