Can’t understand how it’s supposed to be fast food but you wait 20-30 minutes for your mobile order. And when you complain the staff is rude and nasty. The food is cold when you finally get it which is weird if they don’t have it ready when you are told to head to pick up.
If I could put -0 stars i would definitely do that!!! Services is horrible!!
I hate writing these for any business, but this McDonalds is the worst one I have ever experienced EVER. 40 plus years, and there is no worst chain. My issue happens every Tuesday at 10:30pm. I place a mobile order, and go through drive-tru. I’m greeted by the automated message asking will I be using the app. I say “yes” and relay the number. Then radio silence for about 2 minutes.
