As McDonald's go they are all really about the same. The one trend I have noticed in this area is that when you order an ice cream cone and are the only person in the car they give you the ice cream cone, which isn't exactly something you can put down, first. Then while you're holding something that you can't put down and would become very messy if it fell over they decide to hand you everything else that you ordered.
