Went thru Drive thru. I ordered a breakfast value meal with a small drink. I was charged for a medium drink. Employee at 2nd window did not offer to correct the issue. Parking Lot had trash blowing around.
Food was cold. Fries soggy and old. Gave us only 2 ranch sauces with the 40 piece nugget. Gave us a chocolate milk instead of a milk.
This is the best McDonald's in chesapeake or virginia beach. The food is always fresh, they are super fast everytime l go through the window. They never get my orders wrong either. I go here whenever l crave McDonald's fast food. Way to go to this McDonald's.
