I typically would not post but the other day I drove through to get a large coffee at breakfast time. Every time they came on the speaker and asked me to order I would start talking and then be told to repeat myself 4 more times. I finally got it but today I went back to order 2 large coffees on my way to the hospital at 6pm and was told at the window after placing my order that they don't make hot coffee at that time.
