Possibly the worst McDonald's I've been to in terms of their ability to manage a crowd. 30-40 minute waits which is insane for fast food, people's drinks being forgotten, and this time when I went a man came inside and said he had been waiting for his curbside order for 50 minutes. On top of the wait, the staff all except the nice older lady who opens are rude if you ask about a forgotten item or ask if you can order (one worker literally pointed to the line at the kiosk and said "I'm not taking anyone's orders")
Hey corporate!!! I have tried giving the team the benefit of a doubt that maybe I got them on their bad days but I no longer belive that is the case. Every time I have gone, the food and service have been terrible. The food has been cold, a medium fry filled half way and cold, the burger smashed flat, hot cakes were half cold, half warm, ordered nuggets and fries one night and waited over a half hour before they brought them out in the drive thru. Do better.
