The food took about 30 minutes and was not very good--though the only thing good about any McD are the fries. It is not even cheap or fast anymore. Lots of unhappy customers waiting. They get two stars only because we didn't say anything, but a conscientious worker threw in two free apple turnovers because of the wait--gave them to the grandmother of two toddlers patiently waiting.
We stopped at this location around 9pm before heading back to our home in va beach. After arriving home, my husband went to eat his big Mac and there was no burger patties, just buns, lettuce, pickles and Mac sauce. I attempted to call the store, to no avail. The phone doesn't even ring, it just goes to a humming sound and disconnects after 21 seconds. Now I will have to drive the 25mins back to this location to get a refund/reorder the sandwich. 06/04/26 Food was what you expect but the line moved very fast. Was happier about that then anything.
Ordered a Blue Fanta Slushie, didn't have that. Ordered a Blackberry Passionfruit Refresher, didn't have passionfruit. The machine gave me the option for both. Ordered Sweet and Sour Sauce, didn't give it to us. Didn't have ketchup out where we can get it. Horrible customer service.
