I think they should smile a little . the workers was friendly, but they look like they was having a bad day. the wait time for the food what's quick and it was hot and delicious.....
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s location. Even after placing our order online in advance, we were forced to wait over 25 to 30 minutes just to pick it up. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. What made this experience unacceptable was the behavior of the night shift manager, who was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful when we pressed the bell to ask about our order.
