Check your bags before you leave. Almost everytime this locations forgets something. Fries are usually cold too, I try to avoid this location if possible.

I was at the post falls Mcdonald's yesterday and ordered two quarter pounders without cheese or pickles. I was asked to move forward and waited for my food. I drove back to the house and what did I find? 2 pounders with cheese. They did remember the extra onions and left off the pickles , but the cheese was too melted to scrape off. I have had many problems with this particular McDonald's and I usually go to the one at riverstone, but I was in the area , and I thought I'd give him another chance. I was doing our doordash order tonight. Customer service was terrible. There was no knowledge of when or if your working on the order(this happens with all doordash/online orders at this location.) The young guy was very rude about it when there is a sign that says "if customers needs assistance please ask employee for help" how can we ask employee for help when there hiding in the back. If your worried about your tills in the front then have someone in front at all times. All customers shouldn't wait so long to pay attentio... read more
