Just wow. My first time going to a McDonald's in years. Needed something quick and easy. Ordered 2 unsweet teas, 1 quarter pounder with cheese combo, and 3 piece chicken tenders combo. FIRST, they got the drinks wrong. Then asked me to pull forward, I assumed because they had to make the chicken. 15 minutes later, I get my bag, in which the employee confirmed what I ordered. When I got home.... no chicken..... cautionary tale to say that even if they confirm your order... after waiting 15 minutes.... go through the bag. Need... read more
The line at this location is always wrapped around the building and they always get your order wrong. I placed an online order and told them that is was wrong and was giving an attitude by management because of the cook mistake. Update: I went back to this location today and the cashier in drive thru was on her phone and waited a minute to take my order and as I proceeded to place my order she tells me , with an attitude that they’re out of cookies.
