I've had ok experiences with this McDonald's in the past, but it took us over an hour for our order that was only for 3 people, so not too much food. We ended up leaving without one of our coffees because it had been so long. They also didn't give us our McGriddle. Very disappointing experience.
This McDonald's here is terrible. The order number never appears on the order status screen. The orders are always wrong. Just now, I ordered a strawberry milkshake. I received something I have no idea what it is—it looks sort of greenish-yellow, but definitely not strawberry. Orders always take way too long, whether the place is busy or not. The other day, no one even realized we were waiting for an order because they don't even check the order status screen. I am deeply disappointed.
I have tried to go to this McDonalds a few times. First time, they said they were only doing mobile orders, I had one, they then said "oh I meant mobile delivery." They wouldnt serve me, this is like 2 hours before closing. Second time, they didnt answer, this was probably 30 mins before close. Finally someone answers, I give my order #. They bring out truly random food, like 1/2 the order is missing and the stuff they gave me wasnt what I ordered. I walked back to the door and they locked the lobby. This location is kind of hit or miss. Some days I'll stop by and the crew is moving fast, and the foods is fresh. Other times I can't tell who is working there because no one is wearing a uniform. I've see people wait at the counter for 5+ minutes then leave with no greeting and no one acknowleges them. It doesn't affect me personally because I always order mobile. The service was friendly and fast. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. I was first turned off by the posted 15 minute in-dining time limit. It seemed a little more harsh than a typical "no loitering" policy. With that said, not every place needs to be a place set up shop with a laptop for a long period (something I do often). Also if that policy helps contribute to the location's ability to keep the restaurant extra clean and focus on service, then I would say it's worth it.
