Manager was extremely rude to my husband when he asked a simple question. She really needs an attitude adjustment and as a manager should be wearing a name tag
I don't understand how anyone could possibly rate this location anything less than 5 stars. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful i have ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. The Food is always fast and hot and handed to me with a smile. I don't know what more anyone could ask for.
Usually my food at this location is good, but the last three times I came here my caramel iced coffee was horrible. The one I got today is the reason for this review. It tasted like it was just milk with a tablespoon of coffee and no caramel. I end up throwing my large “caramel iced coffee” in the garage can. Please give your employees a set recipe card so it can be good each time. It’s always a hit or miss.
