They’re remodeling this location down the street from me and took it off the app and so I didn’t realize I was ordering to a different location on Fulton. When I got to the store and realized it was being remodeled, two employees were locking it up, and even though I’m sure they were off the clock and it was my fault for not paying attention to where I had sent the order, the male employee took the time to figure out what had happened and to show me how to cancel my order to the wrong location. Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional managers and staff. Ignore, profile assumptions of non-paying customers, lie about bathroom codes being broken and need to use a key to open when they are not! Play childish games with your food order.
