Some servers were kind and smiling, others were rude, the fries were cold and over salted, burger was ordered plain but had everything and the atmosphere was as typical as it normally is (needing tables wiped and trash emptied).

I normally have low expectations for McDonald's and thats okay. This location though made me put write down my name and phone number for using a coupon deal which I find highly intrusive in an Orwellian manner, then got my order wrong. Now I am thinking I'm going to get harassing phone calls, or they'll spit in my food if I go back. Not a well-run McDonalds. (Unlike the one on W Broadway near Perkins which has been great.)

This is the worst place ever. I was there the other night around 8:00 or so. the service was bad and I was treated rudely by at least 2 of the workers . They don't know the difference between carmel and chocolate for sundaes. When I asked for a different one I got a tiny drop of ice cream and a tiny drop of sauce not even filling the cup half way. This after I came in from the drive thru . I am disabled with a cane . I was as nice as can be and didn't deserve this, she practically threw it at me and ran off. I'll never go ba... read more
