Manager hangs up on customers when they call, shake machine is always being cleaned. Terrible service
Something will be missing if you order from drive thru.
Can't refill your own drink at this maximum security location. They direct you to the counter where s.o. asks what you want then disappears behind the counter without my glass. After a few minutes I left empty handed.
Not a single ordering kiosk worked all of my things went through and said it'd be sent to the kitchen and to take my receipt and not a single one printed and apparently physical interaction cashiers don't exist I will not be coming back here if I can't just order a simple meal
