Ordered a lattte received a black coffee. It happens BUT Leah a supervisor of some capacity tells me after driving 14 miles back 'it happens we're busy" and deal with it. HORRIBLE customer experience and this is why McDonald's is failing. Really McDonald's? We're busy so our fault is your expense! Writing corporate.
First, they charge my card without double checking my order. Turns out I just paid for someone else’s order, then they act like my order was never placed… uh hello? I just placed it and saw it on the screen 5 minutes ago in your drive through. Then 5 minutes later of them scrambling around I was told can you pull forward we have to get everyone else’s food out… sure.
