the food is ok when i go. ive tried many things and its all just standard mcdonalds food. they NEVER have milkshakes here, it sucks. the service is questionable, i would try to order it to stay and have it delivered to my table but theyd make me pick it up because "no one was here to deliver it". sometimes there is someone, thankfully. there is limited seating and they closed off the other section for some reason. really pointless if you ask me. long wait line for kiosks sometimes, and barely any table tents. sometimes they ... read more
It’s a hit or miss. Your best bet is to go when it’s busy. Yes you may wait a while but at least your food will be fresh. I usually go around night time. Once, it wasn’t busy, the customer service was good but I got stale food. When it’s busy, I notice that’s when they mess up orders. Last week, they forgot my snack wrap that I paid for. I didn’t realize until after I got home & it was 11pm by then. Last night, I went around 10:30, it was busy.
