I came through the very packed drive through(moving fast) with an issue from another location. Nikita the manager was super helpful with resolving our problem. Very polite and helpful. I will be using this location from now on.
Used to be a 5 star rating. Around 2018-2023 they had better quality service and food than now. It should not be this hard to NOT put sauce on an order. Unless I turn around and go all the way back to McDonald's, the order is literally useless to me. I just had to take the hit and throw it away and this seems to happen 60% of the time
