I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food place — completely unacceptable. I was in line to order on July 11th in the afternoon, and when it was finally my turn, the cashier — a Black woman working at the front — suddenly stopped taking my order to ask her son (who was standing nearby) what he wanted to eat.
