the customer service at this McDonald’s is always friendly, patient, and welcoming. The staff does their best and treats customers well. That said, the food quality is consistently disappointing. Items often come out burnt, overcooked, or just poorly prepared. On top of that, the wait times are extremely slow no matter what time of day I visit. I appreciate the great service, but the kitchen and speed of service really need improvement.
I only get one sandwich when I do come here and it is a Steak Egg n Cheese McMuffin. They need to stop selling this sandwich because every time I get it, the actual patty is smashed down even smaller than a sausage McMuffin patty. I don't know how this patty is being prepared but from the short older lady manager in the morning she says it's a machine that smashes it, but it smashes it so much to where it looks like a piece of leather. Genuinely one of worst McDonald’s experiences ive ever had. Managers and staff are extremely rude, lack any sense of manners & will gaslight you into thinking you ordered something you didn’t. No receipt papers either
Quick stop for breakfast while on a solo motorcycle ride. This McDonald's in Estrella Mountain community is modern and clean. Food and mocha were as expected, service was timely and courteous. Bathroom was clean. What else could you want?
