How do you not have Mac Sauce at a McDonald's? I ordered a Big Mac, the drive thru worker didn't tell me they were out of Mac Sauce. It was not until I reach my destination and took a bite and found out. It might not sound like a big deal to some but, I would had never ordered a Big Mac without the sauce. Dry!!!
We have lived up here for several years now and rarely visit this location as the service and food have gotten worse over the years. Today we decided for convenience to pick up lunch. 2 combo meals and a happy meal cost $35. They asked us to pull forward and after sitting there for several minutes they brought out our food. The French fries were not fresh and tasted as though they had been under a heat lamp for 10 minutes. The burger was room temperature at best. I went in last week to get my kids food. The girl standing in front handling the orders was very friendly and helpful. I think she may be new because I've never seen her before. I think her name was Alexa. But the people in the back were so rude. I went up to get ketchup and made direct eye contact with the guy by the fries and he pretty much ignored the fact I was there.
