Can’t say I’m surprised seeing as this is a Stingley McDonald’s. I barely go to McDonald’s but I was in the area and wanted food. Fries were cold and my burger bread was stale, cheese wasn’t even melted, like the patties were cold.
I’m not sure what happened with this McDonald’s here in Goodyear at Estrella. It was really really bad. I would’ve read it at -5 then it got his act together and now it’s gone downhill again back to -10. I just don’t understand how this keeps happening.
Why is that it seems like this McDonald's can't seem to get a single order correct everytime I go there it never fails they either don't add something like ketchup packs straws once even the drink or they don't remove something like the onions this time I asked for ketchup added on the burger ya they did but then they did not put the mayo on it this place employees get orders wrong every time I'm tired of driving 7 miles one way for them to get it wrong I should have to open everyone's meal I'm picking up for to check and I ... read more
The young lady that brought my food to me was polite and courteous and smiled. I tried to wash my hands before I ate and there was no soap in the men's restroom and the sanitizer was out as well. They did quickly refill the soap. I think this restaurant is lacking in leadership. Employees are doing the best they can but if they're not given the skills or direction then how are they supposed to run a successful restaurant???
