I should've went with my instinct I asked for my food fresh, yet u still pull me up I'm waiting for more than 15 minutes for my food and a long time to place it. I had to get out my car to ask what was taking so long, the food was up the whole time but wasn't even fresh smh. All the crew running their mouth not even a care in the damn world. I usually dont bother giving a review on fast food chains because just about everyone can agree that the service is more terrible than the food but since I got time today; why am I asking for napkins and a straw and then you look at me like I'm bothering you. I think that bothers me more than you messing up my order seeing that those two items are essential and something every employee should be capable of doing....smh!!!!!
I ordered an iced caramel coffee and as soon as I took a sip, there was something foreign I stocked up. I thought it was caramel but when I went to spit out what it was, it was like a piece of mold or something. I threw the whole coffee away!! This place is not what it used to be, it’s disgusting!!! And they take FOREVER!!
