Staff not very organized. Asked one employee where The ketchup is and he said I don't know. This is my first day here. Then he walked off to a corner and was talking on his cell phone. Instead of going. I'm asking someone how he could help me. He decided his cell phone call was more important. They also messed up part of our order
Early afternoon and late night crews are awesome. Always pleasant and helpful. Late afternoon crew needs improvement. Short and rude for no valid reason.
Literally the WORST experience of my life. The lobby was TRASHED. High schoolers running around the restaurant. I told the manager on duty that the lobby was a mess and she said “I know. The kids just got out of school.” …??? No structure. Chaos. Disgusting. No one there to take orders at the counter. I have never seen anything like this in my life! lol
