I usually go to McDonalds on Homestead in Lehigh Acres everyday before I go to work. I get the same exact thing each time. I was running late so I stopped by this one. The total was almost $3 more, and the food was not hot and the ice coffee had no flavor. Today I was running late again so I thought I would give them one more try, big mistake. I stopped by here again. I decided to get my usual size ice coffee and 2 hash browns thinking it would be cheaper and the total was over $8. That is crazy. I could of got a whole break... read more

My granddaughter needed to use the restroom, so we decided to order inside to go. We 1st experienced a drive-thru worker in the restroom; she walked out without washing her hands. While standing in the lobby we were taken to a kiosk to order our food, pain in the ass but it is what it is. Then I guess because we ordered at the kiosk, our food sat there on a back counter, our number was never called. Cada vez que voy a pedir macchiato no hay y aparece en el menú, no sé si es que depende del turno o personas que no quieren trabajar pero no he podido comprar más ningún café en largo tiempo

I'm very annoyed; I don't understand how they list a macchiato on the menu, yet every time I come in, they say they don't have it. Terrible customer service.
