My husband and I went through the drive thru for a milk shake. The shake machines must not have been working the shakes we total liquid. I went into the store and asked if they could put a little ice cream in the shake to make it thicker. As the assistant manager was adding a bit of ice-cream the male manager took the shake out of her hands. He walked over and leaned accross the counter and told me " we dont put ice-cream in our shakes , you have to paaaay!!!! Wife ordered our meal like ten minutes ahead of time on the app and then we went to the drive thru to pick up. We got through the drive thru fast since we had ordered ahead but they made us wait another 15 minutes at the 1st curbside pick window with no communication. Looked like they had forgotten about us/our order because they came out to grab the physical receipt they had just given us minutes before. This McDonald's is consistently messing up orders and forgetting food. My kids love the happy meals but they are hardly ever right and usually forgetting something I ordered. I NEVER come on this thing and complain but this needs to be said and herd. They are always messing up your order then they give you the biggest attitude when trying to get it corrected. Idk if everyone over there is over worked but, between the service and the attitude of the employees this has got to be the absolute worst representation of your franch... read more
