We ordered a mocha frappe that was made with rotten milk! There was no one else in the other drive-thru lane, and only two other people in front where the windows are, so how can there be a mix-up in food quality? When we sipped the drink, it tasted sour and bland, which is unusual for the drinks. Then we went back (two freeway exits away) to tell them that they have rotten milk for the frappes, and then the manager gave us attitude on how they just changed out the milk bags, and that there has not been an issue until we bro... read more
