Waited in the drive thru 23 minutes for food I ended up throwing out as soon as I got home. Ordered a chicken sandwich no mayo but instead I got extra mayo, 2 out of my side of 4 nuggets were raw and the ff's were soggy and luke warm. Even the coke was flat like really? I guess my question is , why did I have to wait so long if nothing was fresh or cooked correctly. The manager, Ali, was happy, friendly, and made this McDonald's worth visiting. My 10 year daughter asked to speak to him before we left to tell him he was the nicest restaurant manager she ever saw. Drew also went out of the way to be helpful. It was nice to see a good team working together to make a simple McDonald's visit special.
