Ordered McGriddle meal via uber eats twice. First time the McGriddle came with just the buns. Not even joking. Uber refunded me. 2nd time I gave this location another try, the Mcgriddle came with beef (not sausage) with onions on it. This has to be deliberate because I don’t know how someone screws up a Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle like that. Avoid ordering food from this location.
I placed an order on the McDonald’s app then pulled up to the speaker and gave my order number. I was told it was an invalid number. She told me I needed to order. I ordered and paid for the order AGAIN and when I got to the window the lady wouldn’t even listen to me ask about my first order! I was very disappointed and won’t go back to this particular restaurant again.
Keith and April were very disrespectful. I am a pregnant woman just wanted my food. They were cursing and using profanity and they were acting like they were fornicating with a lobby full of people disgusting.
