Waited over a half hour for food multiple customers were unable and a handful ended up asking for refunds. Older black man called my name once I came up and waited and he completely forgot about me. When I asked for my refund he rudely expressed that he called me a while ago despite my order being supposed to be delivered. Wouldn't recommend if you wanna get in and out. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s, and it’s the last time I’ll be going back to this location. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple order (a McDouble and two snack wraps), only for the manager to come out and say it would take even longer — with no urgency or apology. When I finally got my food, it wasn’t even my order. This place consistently lacks attention to detail. The old woman that usually works on the front counter is the rudest fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. I go here frequently to grab door dashes and she is always SO MISERABLE. Slamming things around, heavily sighing when someone asks her a simple question. Like girl it isn’t that serious. Not sure how she’s even still employed.
