Waited 30 mins for our order to still be made wrong
Extremely slow drive through and got my order wrong, waited for 30 min for my order, fries were still cold, soda is terrible. But hey it’s the closest one I guess….
The drive-thru system at this McDonald’s is extremely frustrating. The whole “pull forward to a numbered waiting spot” setup seems like an excuse to move cars out of the line while they prioritize easier orders behind you. After placing my order, I was told to pull forward and wait in a numbered spot. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes, and it seemed like my order had been completely forgotten.
