Twice in less than 2 weeks this McDonald’s has failed to provide adequate service. The first time I order two double cheeseburgers w/o onions and while on the way home had to find out the hard way that both burgers had extra onions on them but were still tagged no onions. Today I ordered through the app and had two double cheeseburgers no onions ,medium fries & a lrg Dr Pepper light ice. ⭐ 1 Star I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I ordered a Big Mac and a large fry, but when I got to the window, they gave me a medium fry even though I paid for a large. When I pointed it out, the employee snatched the fries from me and handed me a large one with an attitude. That alone was disappointing, but it gets worse. The customer service at this establishment is disappointing. Upon entering, there's a noticeable lack of warmth—greetings are absent, and getting the attention of the counter staff is a challenge. Despite the number of employees in the back, assistance at the walk-up counter is severely lacking. It's frustrating to see half the management sitting at the to-go order table without offering any support. When I addressed an issue with a wrong order, their rudeness was unacceptable.
