Missing coffee. No straws.11 cars passed us as we were waiting for 3 simple orders. Wife went in to chat with manager who would not acknowledge her. Employee asked if she could leave with us when we finally got the order. Employee didn't know where the receipt was, said we must have it No receipt so I can't let corporate know how bad it was because all of this is required to leave the review! Food is fine. Staff are friendly. Service is very slow.
I thought this place was pretty decent considering the play place which seems to be declining... however we need the upkeep!!! My family and baby unfortunately got the stomach flu from this location... It really isn't that difficult to send someone who cares about what they're doing/or has children! To clean it well. Possible multiple times a day. It's their JOB. We care about families, no? This needs to be incorporated. (There are also plenty of people looking for jobs!)
