I had a bad experience with one employee at this McDonald’s. I was already inside the store, but when I opened the door for another customer, the employee told me to go outside and wait in the drive-thru we are closeed ,I explained that I came in before, but he refused to listen and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way. Very unprofessional behavior., pls teach him how to do good customer service!!!!
Google said it would give me plus 5 bonus points to update my review so here it is. Absolutely nothing has changed. They seem to mess up the order regularly yet demand extra money for every little thing possible. I understand they are a franchise but if I ask for my sandwich to have no lettuce and no tomato, but then I also asked for Mayo, why are you charging me for mayo? The cost of the lettuce and tomato is part of the sandwich so removing them doesn't lower the cost of the sandwich, but by adding mayonnaise it then jacks... read more
