I was disappointed with my experience. I dined in and asked for a refill on my drink, but it was refused without a clear explanation. The staff could have communicated the restaurant’s policy better. I hope customer service improves in the future.
The tables always dirty......
I ordered a fish sandwich extra slice of cheese and no tartar I can't stand tartar I get my order I get home I open it and the sandwich it's slathered and tartar sauce and it's missing the extra cheese how hard is it to follow instructions! I even checked my receipt to make sure I ordered it right and it's right as you can see and they still got my order wrong now I'm out money because I'm not going to eat this
Food is always fresh & hot, for the most part this location is kept clean. But no matter what time of day they are typically busy and you are going to wait longer than normal compared to other locations to receive your order. Update: Service time has gotten a lot better, still a bit of a wait during peak hours. This location definitely has more reliability when it comes to food taste & quality, burgers are always juicy, fries are served hot and fresh.
We all know that the food in general is not good for you but sometimes you do whatever. In this case, they advertise the World Cup edition meal which includes the collectors cup. Well on top of shitty Mc Donald’s food, you can add false advertising in the menu. Don’t wanna hear “we ran out”. If you did, take it off the app and the menu. Should’ve known it was BS…
