Sorry, not sorry. McDonald's customer service has gone downhill since they went automated. I won't be patronizing this particular location anymore.
I leave work, beyond exhausted and hungry and think - you know what, I think I’ll go to McDonalds and get me a sandwich and a simple cheeseburger meal for my boyfriend. No biggie. BIGGEST MISTAKE. I go to the drive through I get my drink and I pay for the stuff. I get told to park and wait. Ok. Cool. Fine. So I wait. 5 other cars park next to me several minutes later. El caramel frappé cada ves que lo pido de una manera, hacen todo lo contrario y me cobran el extra caramelo y casi no le echan nada..a veces esta que es solo hielo sin sabor y otras veces muy loquida y dulce...
