I ordered ahead of time and still had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Food was dry and cold.

Service is so slow here, even when it's not busy. I don't know if it's because they are short staffed but it's really annoying. Edit: two months later, it seems like nothing has changed. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order. You're better off going to the McDonald's inside Walmart on Mesa.

Extremely slow. I ordered my burger via the app; when I arrived and gave my code, it took them 20 minutes to get me my order. The drive-thru wasn't moving. When I finally got my food, it was freezing cold—greasy, ice-cold fries, and don't even get me started on the burger. The cashier was very rude, by the way; you really need to change your staff. Tardaron mucho en darme mi orden que pedí online con antelación , fui por ella a la ventanilla y ya la tenían lista sólo no me habían dado y todavía no me dieron popotes ni servilletas 🫩
