Poor customer service my food was cold and the didn’t have sodas available
God this McDonald’s sucks. Did a mobile order and it took 27 min from order to food ready even though when I got to there 13 min later it said it was serving my number. I asked the kid behind the counter for an update and he said yeah and didn’t check on anything. No sorry from the manager. She said it was because of the large group in front of me, which was still ordering when I arrived so obviously not true. The Big Mac was basically not heated up, worst Big Mac I’ve ever had. the store does not close at 11. i went there twice at 9:30 and the doors were locked.
