I ordered a coffee and waited over 15 minutes. Finally, they simply told me the coffee machine wasn't working. And no one even thought to apologize. I wasted my time on the road and waiting in vain.
Worst customer service of all time lmao. Slowest Mcdonald’s ever and the employees are always rude every time I go. Bigger lady with braids and glasses gave us the worst attitude. Not sure what was going on with her?? I really hope she’s not a manager because boyyyy did she suck lol! Nobody in the drive thru so we went thinking it was okay because our car is down right now.
