I have to shout out William the manager and Omar!! Such great service they’re so nice they laugh with you! The place is clean they’re attentive to their customers I would give this McDonald’s 10 stars if I could!! Both deserve raises and promotions

I've been coming here with my child weekly for about half a year. This has to be the most organized/efficient McDonald's in Brooklyn. Service is usually quite fast, the chicken nuggets are usually less dry compared to other brances, the fries are not fried in stale oil, the bathroom is clean, and the staff are polite and nice. Even though they are a busy branch, the staff are not edgy. Occasionally they do mess up my order but they always fix it with an apology. Super rude. Ordered through app and asked to bring it to my table. But never come, talk to the worker but nobody helped. Finally i requested to talk to the manager. One guy finally found my order after at least 30 mins back and forth. Super disappointed.
