Each time I visit this McDonald’s location, the ice cream machine is reported as 'broken.' At this point, it may be more appropriate to reconsider offering ice cream at this location if the machine is consistently unavailable. Edited to add: The following day, I called to check if the ice cream machine was working and was informed that it was up and running. Dead flies in the windows. Slow service, and workers not engaging with customers. Cold food
Running the road back from Alabama. Needed to use the facilities and grabbed a sandwich.
