Went today (15 july) for the BT21 meal. In the screen thing they had the option to choose the BT21 thing. When I got the 2 Happy meals was squishmallows. I asked about the Bt21 and they said that didn’t have it. The toys was launched yesterday (14), and they didn’t have it! I got really upset. First and last time going to this store. It was supposed to have a sign saying didn’t have it or the option in machine not available.

Placed a mobile order. Arrived and checked in at spot 1. Waited about 30 minutes and no food. Went to go in and the person delivering the food asked how long have I been waiting. He went came out with a bag, not my order. Went and came back with another bag wrong again. Maybe 3rd time is a charm, not this time but close enough, at least he brought the right drink. The drink was the best part of the meal.
