I went into the mcdonalds drive thru today July 2nd and I asked for ketchup cause thwy won't put it in the bags and they always have a attitude. They get mad when you ask. So once again I order 3 meals that have chicken nuggets with them and no chicken nugget sauce. So I had to get out of my vehicle with a bad knee and ask . Placed a mobile order. Arrived and checked in at spot 1. Waited about 30 minutes and no food. Went to go in and the person delivering the food asked how long have I been waiting. He went came out with a bag, not my order. Went and came back with another bag wrong again. Maybe 3rd time is a charm, not this time but close enough, at least he brought the right drink. The drink was the best part of the meal.

Really surprised this place is still in business. Waited 45 mins for 3 apple pies and LG drink, before that 2 of my mc chicken was missing chichens, only bread, mayo and lettuce. Taken my chicken sandwhich back and spoke with manager and all she can do is tell people who makes the sandwhiches that they can do better. They also took my old sandwhiches with no chicken and reused it and put chicken patty's on it and gave it back to me. This place needs serious staff turn around who can be more productive. Came here multiple times. Every time they miss something on the order. Always told to pull off to the side and wait, usually wait around 25 minutes for food. Food quality is fine. But the service and speed are awful.
