This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited in my life. The place is dirty, and the staff are not even wearing gloves, which is completely unacceptable. We waited about 40 minutes for our order, and when we finally got it, it was completely wrong. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes just to receive the rest of the order. The service is terrible, and the cleanliness is zero. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
They redid the building and went looking and hired the worst attitudes and most useless people. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!! BOYCOTT!!!!!!
They are slow as ever. Very unprofessional. A customer came in to ask for manager and manager wouldn’t even go communicate with the customer, she sent the new girl to talk for her. Got workers cussing out loud. I stood in line a good 15 minutes before another customer got mad for me a made them finally come take my order (I guess bc she was already aggravated). But overall the worst McDonald’s in Mobile that I’ve personally visited
