6:30AM watched multiple try to go in and leave the drive thru. Waited about 10 minutes. Knocked on window, gave a gentle honk. Employee wandering around inside apparently couldn’t hear or see us. Handwritten sign on drive thru and door said open at 6. Called store and was like hey we’ve been sitting out here are you guys open? Surly staff, cold food, dirty tabletops
It took over 20 minutes to get through drive through for a happy meal, a cone, and a coffee. They didn't have my wife's coffee, and as an alternative offered a small shake with the immediate comment they can't do more because of price (I didn't bring it up, the comment was made immediately with the news.) I don't know why they couldn't have told me the machine is down at the pad, offered a shake to replace a coffee, or they can't offer at least a large to match the coffee when I've already been waiting 20 minutes and it's le... read more
