I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s locations over the years, but this one honestly stands out above the rest for one huge reason: they actually bring your drinks to the table. It might sound like a small detail, but if you’re a parent, you know it’s a total game-changer. Shouldn’t have clueless people serving in the drive thru if they don’t possess customer service skills. Had confusion regarding a promotion going on, and the young lady at the window wouldn’t even do the bare minimum to try helping me figure it out. Felt like I was on my own and a bother to her. Will be doing Wendy’s going forward when local.
