I tried to use a deal at the kiosk, but an error occurred. I asked an employee to call the manager, but the manager didn't come and simply said through the employee that they couldn't help. I lost the deal and couldn't use any other deals for 15 minutes. It ruined my lunch break. This was the worst experience.
Stopped by with my daughter to pick up an online order and use a gift coupon for a free cookie. At pickup, I asked twice if the cookie was included in the bag that the guy handed me just to make sure, and was assured it was. Of course it wasn't.
