Order was wrong (noticed when I got to work) called in and the manager was rude very unpleasant started speaking in Spanish and hung up the phone on me. I go to this McDonalds at least 2 times a week will not be returning. Maybe your managers need to be retrained on how to deal with customers!!!
Two sandwiches cone with half bun. Manager wants me drive all the way back to see it. Stay away. Will file Corp complaints.
The service at McDonald's remained extremely unsatisfactory. We ordered delivery, but ended up waiting over 10 minutes for it to arrive, plus another 7 minutes to get to the pickup point. For fast food, that's way too long. The service seemed subpar: completely unresponsive, and it felt like customers' time wasn't valued at all. If you market yourself as fast service, then live up to that. I'm very disappointed.
Went through drive thru 45 minutes prior to McDonald's closing. The service was excellent, the meal was hot. Very satisfied!
