The chicken nuggets were fine. My deluxe quarter pounder with cheese tasted normal. My deluxe McCrisy tasted overcooked and chewy. This should be easy to make, it’s fast food not a sit down restaurant. The blackberry passion fruit refresher was good. The employees were nice but they need to work on making all of the food better. It has a weird entrance to enter.
I am writing to complain about a very frustrating experience I had this morning at the Lincolnshire McDonald’s\. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience at this location. At approximately 12:01 pm., my daughter placed an order through the McDonald’s app. I went inside for in-store pickup and waited about 30 minutes, but my order never came out. The only time your order is right is when you do it via the app. Even then double check your bag before you leave.
Untrained staff, I ordered latte with 2 whole milk and she served with cream, then I told her she made regular coffee
