The majority of employee's have Spanish as their primary language which can pose a communication issue at times . Service is fairly quick. I have the McDonald's app and even though ordering daily am not earning points. Calling the 800 number to discuss the issue is USELESS!! Breakfast is my favorite to order. Wish the communication could be improved.
Went here today and the new refresher drinks are gross. McDonald’s now you know you all could have put fresh fruit in that strawberry drink. Also, the guy with the locs in his hair was very rude.
You might as well take a bulldozer to this one. I can't even call them employees the way they shuffle around. Their attitude actually shows they don't care and don't want to be there. They might as well be wearing pajamas. Your employees are the reasons why everything needs to be automated. You walk in and see the online order screen. And that does not even tell them that they are going to be replaceable. Just absolutely worthless employees .
