Drive thru service is the worst. Always take a long time to prepare food. They have the slowest service.
I went through the drive thru. I had 2 of the strawberry cream pies on my order. When I got to the second window I was told that they only had one left. I was asked if I wanted an apple pie instead. I simply stated that I would rather have a refund instead. At that time I was given my drinks and asked to park up front to wait for my food. Took my girls here after school, yes it’s by a school but all the workers suck they are all rude including the manager. My ice cream was wrong and the one girl Vanessa smiled and said no problem let me fix that for you. But everyone else was rude I can hear one employee say was this your order again all rude I will not be back.
As I was leaving an employee was using racial slurs outside. Had my kid with me terrible experience highly uncomfortable.
