Drove up to get my my mobile order and the person over the intercom couldn’t find the order and told me I would need to reorder. I told him I already paid for it. He proceeded to raise his voice and told me there was nothing he could do. I decided to drive to the window where they found my Order. My large drink was 3/4 full when they handed it to me in the drive thru. I asked for them to fill it up and the girl said flat out “no”. She said there was nothing she could do about it.
