Food was good but they forgot my 2nd hashbrown.
Make sure to speak CLEARLY, and make sure you're mind is made up, do not ask about any other items on the menu or else they will confuse the order. My order has been messed up almost everytime i come here, the teenagers (employees) are very distracted.
There is no 5 star or less section for employees. The taller woman with blonde/light red hair DOES where gloves but she touches her phone and doesn't change them. The bald plump Caucasian man with many pins on his visor. Wore no gloves as he touched my bagels and plenty other breaded items. He put cheese on bare handed too. After using a phone. Then going right back to it as the woman did. . . We know the phones aren't sanitized, so I'm still supposed to eat the food that was already cooked and heated, full of germs? I think... read more
I ordered two bagel sandwichs without cheese. I had to pull up in line and wait for my food only to see that One sandwich came as ordered the other had two slices of cheese on it
