Nothing against the employees that have endured saga but this falls 1000% on the leadership. Leaving two employees to run everything is an issue with no way to keep up with orders. The leadership needs to be rectified to hire or schedule correctly. The employees themselves do not need reprimand they are doing the best they can with no support.
