Very busy, or poorly staffed, 99% of the time in drive thru you’ll be asked to pull up to a reserved parking space to wait on your order. Then when you receive it the fries are most certainly going to cold. I hate cold fries!!
The last 2 times I’ve gone it’s been nothing but disappointing. Last time I ordered the steak egg and cheese bagel. It was cold and no sauce. I called and they were willing to fix it with a new sandwich with sauce. When I get there they tell me they don’t have the sauce. Had I known that I wouldn’t have asked for another one. We ordered double quarter pounders and they gave us 1 patty and they put 1 pickle no lettuce 3 pieces of onions and like no ketchup. Then we asked about it and they were rude. NEVER going to ts again vro😔✌️🥀
