Horrible customer service, talked to some dude named hernandez on the phone and he was extremely rude. He needs to be fired.
Normally the best McDonald's in Tri Cities, almost ashamed to say I went to this location DAILY with no problems, for years.Then today I got the wrong drunk, went back thru the drive thru, and the female manager treated me like shit, got all mad, and had me go wait in a spot without even asking me what drink I needed or taking the old drink.
