This Mcdonalds messes up on our orders all the time forgetting to hold onions on burgers. The last time we went they undercooked all three of our quarter pounders. They were red in the middle. We called and asked for a replacement at a later time and ended up throwing the food a while. They agreed to a replacement but then when we come back three weeks later we find out they threw out the record of the replacement voucher. Then they did nothing to try and honor it anyway. No monopoly pieces at this location? We should have gotten 4. Not something I would have checked for but damn. I’m only getting McDonald’s these days for the pieces :/

Sunday 10/12 8pm The wait was short Food came quick Fries were FRESH and hot Nuggets were great, but, we got two 10-piece nuggets and they each came with only 9 nuggets

McDonalds totally messed up my order. I placed an order for two double quarter pounders, but only received one regular quarter pounder. Of course I was charged for the two double quarter pounders even though I didn't receive them. By the time the failure was noticed, I was not where I could have it corrected. Thank you so much McDonalds.
