Going on a few day vacation with 3 boys is very exhausting. So I’ve gone to over a half a dozen McDonalds across 4 states in the last few days. Yesterday I went to a location on state and center in Orem Utah and it was the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. This location is amazing. It’s kept clean and has good customer service
They always find a way to mess up my order every time
I don't think I have ever complained about portion size but this time was too far even for me. I paid for two large combos but this restaurant keeps giving us at best a medium portion of fries inside large cartons. You don't get what you are paying for and I don't think it's an unreasonable expectation that the carton be filled. The service at this restaurant has also been extremely slow on each of our last 3 visits.
I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food, but this service was fast And friendly. I go through a breakfast time and I get my food instantly. Thank you
