The kios machines did not work, so went to the counter to order and pay. No one was working the counter. A guy ahead of me simply wanted a cup of ice. Waited for over 10 minutes to be waited on. Observed a worker with NO gloves on crawling on the floor TWICE after having dropped items NEVER sanitizing his hands and touching food items!
