Got charged and was told that my order didn’t come through but the guy on the speaker said my name when he received my code. The lady in the window ignored my concern for wasting my time driving up here and she shut the window and walked away. Real professional
We ordered at the counter and we had a hard time understanding the employee. Part of our order was for a Bacon & Egg Biscuit. We were asked, "do you want a 'folded egg or ..? I couldn't understand the second option .. on a biscuit or McMuffin, I've only seen "folded eggs." Anyway ...
