This location in particular has terrible service and is dishonest. They intentionally leave food out of your order, without notifying you, if they’re behind or out of an item. On one occasion they left out some pies, and when I called them to let them know i’m coming back to get it they said they’re closed. Then they took my info to send me a gift card in the mail, which never arrived even after a month. I go to this mc donalds daily because it's on my way to work. But for the past week the cashier in the drive-thru a tall heavy set long haired guy with a beard has been incredibly rude for NO reason. My last time there he gave me my recipt and said some rude unnecessary comments that I won't repeat.. No one at the counter to take the order. Had to use the kiosk. It never gives a receipt cuz there's no paper in it. Same thing with the one on highway 109. Never no paper in the kiosk. Customer does all the work employees don't keep the kiosk full of paper. I went across from Ball State with 30 minutes to get two burritos and a coffee. Have to have a receipt to make a complaint. That's the reason they don't put the paper in the kiosk
