I would put a zero if I could!!! I ordered directly from them at the register. I did receive the correct order, however, they then used my card for orders at a McDonald’s on Murfreesboro road. So I had three charges on my account instead of one. The manager is rude and not helpful. She just said oh that didn’t happen and so you saw him run off with your card. She was very sarcastic, unprofessional, and apparently doesn’t care how to run a business. I’d be careful at this location.
This is the third time they've been "unable to find my order" and tell me at the end of the business day I'll automatically get my money back but both times that never happened and no one from corporate would contact me back
McDonalds, as a company, needs to get their heads out of their posteriors around their pricing. It makes no sense. Oh, and you only get half a container of gravy. See pic Biscuit and gravy side (one biscuit): $5.49 Side of gravy: $1.99 ONE BISCUIT: $2.49 Total: $4.48 Sausage biscuit (ONE BISCUIT WITH A SAUSAGE PATTY): $2 So you could get a sausage biscuit with gravy for $4 and get a free sausage patty. Ugh. Just stop screwing people over.
