Went in for breakfast everyone was very nice and polite. The food was fresh and delicious. Would recommend this one.
Worst mcdonald's in Gallatin, how do you accept an order, pulled the order then refuse to make it when you arrive after paying on the app. While staffs standing outside lazy unprofessional and disrespectful then have the nerve to 24 hour refund then repay for the order again.
We went to the outside drive thru and waited patiently for someone to take our order while the 3 cars ordered on the other drive thru. SO, we drove off and may never come back. Rude.
4/7/26. UPDATE ADDITIONALLY I thought I would try again WHY!?!? I ordered a Double Cheeseburger with small fries and a Coke Simple enough wouldn’t you think. BUT NO! The patties were so overcooked like leather and so salty. Couldn’t even eat it. And back to those fries. NO salt. What is wrong with this place.
