Extremely slow service. Took 20 min to get food, and it was not really busy. Employee wanted to argue with me that the cup given was not dirty.... fingerprints all over it, and when she haded it to me, her fingers were inside the cup. Fries were cold and not salted. Asked about ice cream and was told they don't have spoons, so can't sell it. *10/25 update. Fast service. Friendly people and hot food. Much improved since last ti.e.
