Hello everyone who reads this review. I contacted this establishment located at 2502 South Horner Blvd, Sanford, NC today, August 11, 2025. I asked to speak to the manager, and a rude, disrespectful, uneducated female, responded: "I am the manager", then hung up on me. She did not give me time to speak up. I Dialed the phone number again, twice, and did not pick up. I am sending this to Corporate, too. Came through McDonald’s last night and ordered a Double Quarter meal. They asked me to pull into a spot so they could cook it fresh, which I didn’t mind figured it’d be worth the wait..... Honestly, it didn’t even take that long, maybe a few minutes, and when she brought it out, everything was hot Fries were actually crispy and not cold for once! What really stood out was the manager she brought the food out and gave me a coupon code just for waiting a bit, which was a nice touch. You don’t see that kind of service too often... read more
