I ordered a simple plain cheeseburger Happy Meal for my child through the McDonald's app. Nothing complicated, just the basics. What followed was a masterclass in incompetence and outright disdain for customers. First, they handed me a four piece chicken nugget meal I never requested, as if reading orders were optional. They always get my order right, Including the UNsweet tea that everyone else has a problem with getting correct. Food is always good and hot!!

Thank you to the manager, Bijan (sp?) working Wed morning, 9/10/25. I was on my way to see a new doctor for an ongoing problem, and was feeling a bit down that day. I decided to test my luck to see if I could get the Happy Meal toys I was missing from my collection. He overheard and stopped what he was doing to find them for me. His kindness meant so much to me and made my whole week. Thank you for being a blessing and being my hero that day.
