Went here to redeem points on the app tonight for a free item. I had to repeat the code 4 times before the young man got it right. Red flag #1. Next, I repeated my order 3 times - "plain burger, cheese, and bread." Red flag #2. My "free meal" cost $1.77. When my food was "handed" to me, I could smell the pickles. Red flag #3. I gave them another try - McDouble, plain, no cheese. Please see attached photo.

Food is horrible. Hamburger's about an 1/8". Not worth the $$. Service is slow, u can stand at the counter for 10 mins and no one notices you. Workers on their phones all the time.

If I could give zero stars I would, pulled a long blonde hair out of my mouth while eating fries, food is tasteless because the fryer oil is so old the food is being boiled instead of fried. When I pulled up to get my order one of the employees was cussing out another co worker and threatening to beat him up. Zero stars.

Workers are incompetent. Placed a mobile order and they came out with three different orders. One of the workers had a rude attitude, and asked the order multiple times. When I told her the order she said she wouldn’t be able to remember “all of that” in the same rude tone… Wasn’t even a big order. Service is horrible, had to wait 20 minutes for a quick drive thru order!! Never coming here again.
