No fountain refills, confusing staff. Update: Gave them another try. Ordering was ridiculous and they failed to make the food as ordered.
Food is dry/ past serving time and forgot other food i ordered as well.
I work down the street so I eat here a few times a week. I have yet to have anything negative to say about my experiences. This is the one of only two McDonald's locations that I've eaten at multiple times and always had fresh, quick, and correct orders. I take lunch anywhere from noon to 2pm so its not always the lunch rush, yet the food is still fresh. Every staff member I've engaged at the window was friendly. The morning lady at the window always puts a smile on my face!
Apples are my kids favorite food is apple slices and even he says they are disgusting and won't eat them. This location will not allow you to substitute them for something else. I believe that is why I could not submit a mobile order while we were on a road trip. 1. Fix your apples, they are gross 2. Or give al alternate option 3. Fix your app to explain why the checkout button is greyed out for a better mobile experience. 4. It takes way too long to submit a survey. More than 2-3 minutes is just silly.
